Hey there, I’m Michala:

A Tennessee-raised, Florida-based creative slingin’ award-winning conceptual copy. I’ve written for Champa Bay and Music City hockey, helped invent totally new ways to eat BBQ, crafted otherworldly beings for Halloween, and am always ready to throw down on whatever else needs a little sparkle.

What you won’t see here: I love to bake, and am constantly doing so. I have a Cavalier named Chai, and, yes, I do love chai lattes. I have an affinity for introspective female authors, with Clarice Lispector being my #1. And when my mom would compliment my creative dreamscapes as a child, I would almost always reply, “thanks, I worked hard on it!”
